High BP, the assasinator, which is killing you slowly and mysteriously

Untreated above average blood pressure
Next time you are along with your three or four colleagues, give a good look around; one of you will have high blood pressure. Unfortunately, as there are no diagnostics, you could not even be attentive of it. Untreated high bloodpressure can cause heart attack or failure of your kidneys. Since there are different characteristics, which cause this high BP, so certain are under control and some are not. The first and last method to determine if you are suffering from high BP is to get your BP diagnosed. The insidious feature of this disorder proclaims the high BP an appropriate Silent Killer.

Our brain needs smooth flow of blood to perform its many roles. Very high, sustained BP will in the end lead blood vessels to droop. Sometimes these frailed blood vessels can break, and blood can leak into the brain. The part of the brain that is being fed by these broken vessels starts to die, and this will result in a stroke. Also, whenever a blood lump packs a thin artery, blood restricts to flow and a stroke will occur. Characteristics of a stroke consist of immediate dumbness or weakness of the face, arm or leg, specially on one side of your body, disturbance, difficulty speaking, or seeing & sudden severe headache.
